Sono state rese note le candidature per la 74ª edizione dei Primetime Emmy Awards, che premiano ogni anno il meglio della programmazione televisiva serale negli Stati Uniti. 

La cerimonia, organizzata dall'Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS), si svolgerà il prossimo 12 settembre e negli States sarà trasmessa in TV su NBC e in streaming su Peacock.

Boom di candidature per Succession: la serie HBO ha raccolto ben 25 candidature, compresa quella come Miglior Serie Drammatica.

Bene anche Euphoria e Squid Game (14 candidature per entrambe), mentre Better Call Saul ha raccolto solo 7 nomination. 

Ted Lasso di Apple continua a mietere consensi risultando la più candidata fra le serie comedy con ben 20 noination, inclusa quella come Miglior Serie Comedy.

Sugli scudi anche Hacks e Only Murders in the Building: entrambe hanno toccato quota 17 candidature.

Comanda nel campo delle miniserie The White Lotus di HBO con 20 candidature, mentre accreditate rivali come Dopesick e Pam & Tommy si sono fermate rispettivamente a 14 e 10 nomination.
